Strict diets and labels are boring and unhealthy - creating rules around what you eat simply breeds temptation and food should be a source of great pleasure! I choose to eat vegetarian because I believe it is more compassionate, equally delicious and gives me more energy, but I’m not preaching that you should totally cut anything out your diet. It is undoubtedly good for our health (and in many cases the environment) if we make a conscious effort to eat far LESS meat and dairy, processed white carbs and sugars, and anything laden with chemicals and additives, but none of us are perfect. The key is to find a sustainable balance. All the recipes you will find here use wholesome and natural ingredients, but still result in delicious and indulgent meals, and I hope they will encourage you start making healthier choices.
